Lynda Ikre is a Junior Associate of the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice. She graduated from Delta state University in 2017 with an LL.B and was called to the Bar in 2018.

She provides general legal support in all aspects, Money Lending, she is also the firm’s representative as Company Secretary to Companies. She has interests in Commercial law, Corporate Governance, Fintech law, Intellectual Property.

Lynda is ambitious and believes in the empowerment and upliftment of the Girl child.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar association

Whitney Agbo is a result driven lawyer whose strong analytical skills and work ethic add value to each transaction.

She is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School. She is a dedicated and enthusiastic team player with experience in litigation and corporate law practice.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

Christopher Omali, holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Delta State University Abraka, postgraduate diploma (PGD) in leadership from Redeemers International Leadership Academy (RILA). Executive Diploma in Microsoft Applications. He is an associates of Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN). He has his MBA in view.
He has over 9 years professional experience in tax consultancy services, accounting, audit and business advisory service. He also, has a significant experience in finance, and loan recovery/credit management.

He is a leader dedicated to achieving result.

Chris is currently the Financial accountant at Zuriel Consulting Limited, prior to this, he was a Senior Financial Analyst with PearlMutual Consulting Ltd, Senior Consultant at CPA Partners (charttered accountant), before joining CPA he worked as the accounts/credit controller, Tax manager at Yomi Isafiade & Associates (a professional services firm) before joing Yomi Isafiade & Associates, he worked as client accounts executive with MoneyBox Africa (Mobile Money Operator). Chris started his career with Global Plus Multimedia Ltd as Relationship executive.

Mr. Chiedu Ebo serves as the Chief Administrative Officer & Company Secretary Kunoch Limited an Investment Company with major interest in Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Construction & Real Estate, Telecommunication and Education.  A legal practitioner and administrator with over 32 years’ experience in public policy advocacy, corporate, labour and manufacturing related legal issues. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.

Mr. Ebo graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University Kano with an LL.B degree and obtained a LL.M degree from University of Nigeria Nsukka.
